Firewall Management, Monitoring and Threat Analytics


Level 1 - Monitoring

This entry level SonicWALL (only) service is designed to provide the customer with a status-only monitoring solution using SGI’s SonicWALL Global Management System (GMS).

Offering:

- Customer has 24x7 access to SGI’s SonicWall GMS
- Event Notifications that include:

  • Up/Down Status on 3 missed heartbeats (heartbeat = 60 seconds)
  • WAN connection status
  • Hardware Failover
  • Local firewall change

-Off-site firewall configuration backups every 7 days, 5 versions maintained

Additional Services & Exclusions:

-Firewall Support available Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm EST (Billed at $ 80/hr. in 30mins increments).
-This service is a monitoring and alerting solution only. It does not include initial SonicWall device setup and configuration. Remote configuration is available for an additional fee.
-Does NOT include after hours, holiday or weekend support.

Level 2 - Reporting

This mid-tier SonicWALL (only) service is designed to provide the customer with a monitoring and reporting solution using SGI’s SonicWALL Global Management System (GMS).

Offering:

- Customer has 24×7 access to SGI’s SonicWall GMS
- Event Notifications that include:

  • Up/Down Status on 3 missed heartbeats (heartbeat = 60 seconds)
  • WAN connection status
  • Hardware Failover
  • Local firewall change

- Off-site firewall configuration backups every 7 days, 5 versions maintained
- Daily Firewall Security Report
-Weekly Firewall Status Report
-Reports can be branded with your organization’s logo

Level 3 – Monitoring, Reporting, and Management

This mid-tier SonicWALL (only) service is designed to provide the customer with a monitoring and reporting solution using SGI’s SonicWALL Global Management System (GMS).

Offering:

- Unlimited Remote Technical Support 24x7, by Certified SonicWall Engineers
- This is an all inclusive 24/7 support agreement for your SonicWall products) that includes 24X7 access to the SGI Hosted GMS solution
- Event Notifications that include:

  • Up/Down Status on 3 missed heartbeats (heartbeat = 60 seconds)
  • WAN connection status
  • Hardware Failover
  • Local firewall change

-Off-site firewall configuration backups every 7 days, 5 versions maintained
-Daily Firewall Security Report
-Weekly Firewall Status Report
-Reports can be branded with your organization’s logo
-Warranty Exchange Assistance

Exclusions:

  • This service is a managed, monitoring and alerting solution only. It does not include initial SonicWall device setup and configuration. Remote configuration is available for an additional fee.
  • Troubleshooting because of any unauthorized change(s) made by end-client, service provider, or external vendor/ IT service provider may incur higher/ additional billing rates.

Level 4 - aiSIEM/SOC

This service is designed to provide the customer with proactive threat analytics and auto remediation by using our A.I. driven SIEM and SOC. This service will detect and eliminate known and new cyber threats using advanced machine learning, behavioral analytics, and dynamic threat models. This solution is applicable to most industry-standard UTM devices with their own management console

Offering:

- Event Notifications, via email including:

  • System Alert
  • Major Alert
  • Critical Alert

-Actionable steps to contain and eliminate threats in real-time
-Formalized and automated incident response workflows
-Reports include

  • Executive Report
  • Compliance Reports (HIPAA and PCI-DSS)

Requirements:

  • Service is for analysis of (1) Firewall (Equivalent to a SonicWALL TZ or NSA series) and (1) Windows only server.
  • Firewall does NOT need to be a SonicWALL.
  • Customer is responsible for firewall configuration for SIEM integration if not a SonicWALL.

Level 5 - aiSIEM with SonicWall Global Management System

This all-inclusive SonicWall (only) service is designed to provide the customer with a 24/7/365 proactive threat analytics/management solution. This service will detect and eliminate known and new cyber threats using advanced machine learning, behavioral analytics, and dynamic threat models using SGI’s Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) driven SIEM. This offering includes aiSIEM as detailed below and all of the Level 3 offerings detailed above.

Offering/Firewall:

-Unlimited Remote Technical Support 24x7, by Certified SonicWall Engineers
-At activation review of existing Firewall(s) configurations for best practices
-Ongoing: Firewall Configuration Changes, Firmware updates, Firewall Troubleshooting
-Customer has 24×7 access to SGI’s SonicWall GMS
-Event Notifications that include:

  • Up/Down Status every 3 minutes
  • WAN connection status
  • Hardware Failover
  • Local firewall change

-Off-site firewall configuration backups every 7 days, 5 versions maintained
-Daily Firewall Security Report
-Weekly Firewall Status Report
-Reports can be branded with your organization’s logo
-Warranty Exchange Assistance
